Our Story
Watertivity School of Swimming has been offering swimming lessons to both children and adults for over 20 years, currently teaching over 500 swimmers each week. Originally taken over by Jo Hill, Watertivity began as a small swim school providing weekend lessons only. Over time, it has grown into a successful Lincoln-based swimming school. Today, the business is led by James Wiseman alongside Ben French, offering high-quality swimming lessons seven days a week across our two excellent swimming pool venues.
Our Promises
Our swimming school provides three, 12-15 week terms throughout the calendar year. During our lessons our swimmers will get the maximum amount of swimming within their 30 minute sessions and you WILL see progress. The lessons we provide are ideal for new or regular customers whether they are weak or strong swimmers and we are 100% committed to boosting your child’s swimming skills and technique.
Our Expertise
Our staff are carefully selected to ensure high standards of teaching and safety, helping to promote the excellent relationship we already enjoy with our swimmers and their parents. Our teachers all hold an ASA Level 2 teaching qualification, whilst our pool assistants are all trained before working for us. A lot of our staff have come from learning to swim with us so they already know our work philosophy and our work values which is very important to us. Safety is central to our aims and each session is overseen by a lifesaving trained individual who also supervises and manages the pool. All our staff are DBS checked.
